This policy covers the information Robert Soderholm collects through this site and through the Soderholm Insurance messaging program.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and postal code.
- What you told us about the coverage you are looking for, including date of birth and general health questions where you chose to answer them.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as the pages you opened and the approximate region you opened them from.
Why we collect it
To answer the quote you asked for, to prepare options from the companies we are appointed with, and to contact you about that request. We do not sell your information.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Put plainly: your phone number and your consent to be texted stay with Robert Soderholm. They are not sold, rented, or passed to anyone else for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to do the thing you asked for: the insurance companies whose products you asked to be quoted on, and the service providers that run our phone, email and customer records. They may use it only to perform that work.
How long we keep it
Records of your consent and our messages are kept for five years, which is the retention period the telephone consumer protection rules expect. Quote information is kept for as long as we are working on it and for our own record-keeping afterwards.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Ask us to delete your information, or tell us to stop contacting you entirely, by emailing robsod30@gmail.com.
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
