These terms cover this website and the messaging program run by Robert Soderholm, a licensed insurance agent.

What this site is

It is the professional site of one licensed insurance agent. It describes who I am, what I am licensed to sell and how to reach me. Licensed in: OK, AZ, TX, VA, OH, SC, NJ. Not licensed in other states.

What this site is not

• It is not an offer of insurance and it is not a contract. Only a policy issued by an insurance company creates coverage.
• Nothing here is a quote. Rates depend on the company, the product and your own circumstances, and are confirmed in writing by the insurer.
• It is not legal, tax or financial advice.

SMS program

The program is called Soderholm Insurance. Messages come from Robert Soderholm, a licensed insurance agent, and only to people who asked to be contacted about a quote they requested.

What we send:

• A reply to a quote request you submitted.
• Answers to questions you ask us by text.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders for calls you booked.
• Follow-up about a quote already in progress.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email robsod30@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Calls

If you gave permission on a form, calls to the number you gave may be placed using automated dialing technology and may use an artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice. You can withdraw that permission at any time by telling us on a call or in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Accuracy

Licence numbers and appointments on this site are kept current. If anything here looks wrong, the state licence lookups linked on the licensing page are the authority, and telling me about it is welcome.
